Offering an apartment in a new project just being finished, Parkett floors, modern design, furnished. perfect for single or a couple. Better pictures will follow this week. Located on the first floor, with elevator. Price includes all expenses except GEZ, registration in the apartment is possible. In order to get TV connection the GEZ need to be payed which amounts to about 18€ per month and needs to be payed as soon as you register, this is a tax from the German state and therefore cannot be changed. Everything else is already included in the price....
