Description

Nice refurbished studio few steps from the Typical Balon Market and from the riverside, a short distance away from the city center. The studio is located a few steps from the so called “Balon” market, near the Turin Eye and the well known Scuola Holden. Located on the ground floor, the entrance is on a small living room furnished with a mini kitchenette and a table for two, perfect for breakfast or a quick lunch. The sleeping area is partly divided from the entrance and it is furnished with a double bed and a clothes stand. Two door windows give access to a nice balcony with table and chairs. The toilet is small but functional and equipped with a shower. This small studio is totally refurbished and has a pleasant atmosphere thanks to the simple but nice furnishing and to the bright colors. It’s the perfect solution for a couple. Free parking on the streets nearby; the riverside is just few steps out of the house. We are in the Aurora neighborhood, very close to the historic centre of Turin, where many commercial services are developed together to the big market of Porta Palazzo. The apartment is located in one of the five villages that make up the district, Borgo Dora (BorghDòira in Piedmontese) has been re-evaluated and retrained but it remains a popular, multiethnical and multicultural neighborhood . The characteristic Balon market takes place next to the apartment. Each second Saturday and Sunday of the month the Gran Balon takes place, with 250 exhibitors and numerous antique shops in the area. Another major attraction of the village is the Turin Eye, a hot air balloon, which was established in 2012, makes tourists flight up to 150 meters with a stunning panorama of the city. Another important centre of this village is the Cortile del Maglio, an "outdoor square but covered", an original location which hosts events and socio-cultural initiatives. The well-known “Scuola Holden” founded by the writer Alessandro Baricco, recently refurbished, is a beautiful example of redevelopment of a historical building for cultural purposes. IMPORTANT INFORMATION The shown price is related for a minimum stay of 4 months. If you want to book for a shorter period (from one up to three months), prices change. Please write us through the private chat for further information. For all bookings, guests have to consider a final cleaning fee at the end of their staying from 100€ up to 150€ according to the apartment square footage. How to book this property

When you find a property you like it's fairly simple to make a booking. Both the tenant and the landlord need to confirm before completing a booking. This is how it works:

  1. Select your dates to check for availability.
  2. Contact the landlord by clicking on the contact button.
  3. Introduce yourself to the landlord. Ask any questions you might have.
  4. When you are ready to book, send a booking request.
  5. When the landlord approves and the payment is completed, you have successfully booked the property.

You don’t need to perform a viewing on HousingAnywhere, here's why:

  1. All of the properties on HousingAnywhere have pictures and a clear description. If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the landlord.
  2. Restricting viewings provides equal chances for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad.
  3. HousingAnywhere makes sure the property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the landlord after you have successfully moved in.
After you have made a booking, the contact details of the landlord will be shared with you. You can get in touch with the landlord directly, or keep using the HousingAnywhere chat. All the successive rental costs can be paid securely through HousingAnywhere.
