Some come with great views. Information regarding the contract and deposit: To give you the key of your new home, we need to have the deposit (2 month's rent) on our bank account. Careful: a proof of transfer is not accepted. So please take this into account when you book and wish to move in in the next couple of days. After the booking on the platform, you have 2 days to register in our system (with your official documents and contact details) and sign the contract. Within 3 days after signing the contract, we must have received the deposit on our bank account. Keep in mind that international transfers can take a few business days so we suggest you to transfer the deposit as soon as you sign the contract. If you don't transfer the deposit in time, we'll have to cancel your reservation and you might loose the first month's rent.
