The room is equipped with two separate single bed, a spacious wardrobe, bookcase, desk, chest of drawers. The common area of the flat is the bathroom and a spacious kitchen with table and chairs, shared balcony and garden. Internet is included, other utilities are excluded but reasonable, around 25-35 euro per month depending on your consumption. 3 monthly rent as deposit that will be given back to you at the end of your stay. L'area comune dell'appartamento è il bagno e una spaziosa cucina con tavolo e sedie, balcone in comune e giardino. Internet è inclusa, altre utenze sono escluse ma ragionevoli, circa 25-35 euro al mese a seconda del consumo. 3 affitti mensili come deposito che ti saranno restituiti alla fine del tuo soggiorno.
