August 2019 THIS ROOM IS NOW RENTED FOR SEPTEMBER 1st-THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST BESIDE Dublin City University (DCU) AND 15 minutes from City Centre I am a journalist and lecturer-I work abroad a lot and live part of the week in Dublin and part in London. I have a lovely detached 3 bedroom house in Dublin on rolling lawns and gardens close to DCU, and 15 minute bus ride to the city centre. Nice, safe neighbourhood. I have a nice sunny double room for rent at the front of the house which is very private for you. Newly decorated with a beautiful window. Rent is 650 euro per month. You have access to the kitchen/living area, which has plenty of room to cook and sit, and has SKY TV. You also have access to a beautiful garden which is lovely to read in or study. You should be a student or young working professional who enjoys a peaceful and serene environment...and who is happy to look after the house when I am not here. You might possibly be an international student, or a flight attendant. We welcome people from diverse and interesting backgrounds, different countries and cultures, are open minded, and inclusive. You should be similarly inclusive in your outlook. I have had a very nice student (Sabella) on Erasmus from Spain staying while she is studying at DCU--she has returned to Spain to finish her studies. She found my room on this website and booked through them--it worked out very well. The room is available for August 31st. I can give you Sabella's phone number if you would like more information about the accomodation. Thank you, All the best, Steve...
