I have a large 5 bedroom, 2 bath home to share. My adult son has an apartment in the basement. We have 2 bedrooms and a full 4 PC bath (SHARED between the 2 bedrooms) on the main floor and 3 large bedrooms and 4 PC bath on the upper floor. Rooms are freshly painted and are furnished with new beds, a dresser, nightstand, clock, lamp, desk & chair, linen and bedding, soap & toilet paper and all the necessities to make your stay comfortable. High speed internet and cable in every room and a separate tv room on the main floor. Laundry facilities are available. The house has central heat and air conditioning. Outdoor space available. Our home is a three minute walk to public transit and a short walk to shopping and sports fields. Smoking is permitted Outside. PLEASE...no strong perfumes due to allergies.
