HousingAnywhere appoints Antonio Intini as Chief Executive Officer

Rotterdam, March 5, 2025HousingAnywhere today announced the appointment of Antonio Intini as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Intini has been Chief Business Development Officer at Italy’s leading housing platform Immobiliare.it since 2019, bringing a wealth of experience in real estate and tech innovation.

In his new role, Intini will focus on advancing HousingAnywhere’s position as the leading marketplace for mid-term rentals in Europe. He will lead market expansion in the company’s existing markets and drive product innovation to ensure a seamless online rental experience. He will also explore growth opportunities for HousingAnywhere’s brands, including European HousingAnywhere, France-based Studapart and Dutch Kamernet.

Intini succeeds Djordy Seelmann, who is stepping down after a decade of contributions to the company, including seven years as CEO. Under Seelmann’s leadership, HousingAnywhere introduced online bookings for mid-term rentals, expanded across Europe and set a new industry standard with innovations in payments, tenant verification, and digital contracts. He will remain as a shareholder and advisor.

About Antioni Intini

Antonio Intini (born in Noci, 1982) has served as Chief Business Development Officer at Immobiliare.it, Italy’s leading housing platform, since 2019. In this role, he was responsible for launching and developing new strategic business initiatives. Since 2022, he has also taken on executive board member roles in several companies within the Immobiliare.it group.

Previously, Antonio held the position of Sales and Marketing Director at European tech company Shopfully and held various roles at Amazon, including Head of Partnerships for Italy and Spain.

He holds a double Master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering at Politecnico di Milano and Torino and a post-graduate degree in Innovation at Alta Scuola Politecnica.
